- Alarm responses. If any of your alarms are tripped, we can serve as your designated responder to check out the situation. We’ll arrange contact and access for first responders as needed.
No matter what service we provide, you are always kept in the loop. If we do happen to find an issue, you’ll be notified immediately, with photographic evidence and options for remediation. If you choose to have services done, we’ll arrange for the visit and stay with the service personnel to ensure your home’s safety and that the job is being done right.
