We’ll walk around the home to check for signs of tampering or storm damage, tour the interior for any changes, and check your HVAC, plumbing and electrical home systems. You’ll receive a detailed report after each visit.

Should we find that something breaks while you’re away, we notify you immediately. You’ll be informed of the problem and any damage, along with a detailed report and photographs. We’ll also offer to help remedy the situation.

We maintain a vetted list of contractors and others who can help and can make these professionals available to you. We can obtain price quotes, upon your request. We can also arrange to meet the professional at your home, allow access, and remain there while the service is being performed. There’s no need for you to rush home to take care of it. Our team understands how things should be fixed correctly, and we’ll monitor the work and its resolution. Progress reports will be made along the way. And at any time, if you have questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact us.

We’ll Notify the Authorities

If we find an issue that needs to be reported to the authorities, like the police or fire department, like a break-in or gas leak, for example, we will notify them immediately and meet them at the house to review the situation. You, of course, will be notified as well. We’ll document the issue and the visit with notes and photographs for your review.
